This is the only pomade that my husband will use. It keeps his hair in place without looking plastic.

I use to use this more often but when I did I liked it quite a bit. Holds my hair nicely and its the same stuff I used for when I had both short hair and longer hair. I like not having it shine since that hides it nicer while keeping the appearance of my hair itself be the main thing. Good value but beware putting too much in at once!

Great product and fast shipping. The new package label is pretty lame though.

My goal was to find a replacement for the American Crew Pomade that I've used for years, as the price has kept creeping up. If you're looking for the same, look elsewhere.First and foremost, on the plus side, this product is a great deal. The price is lower and you need to use a lot less each day, so it lasts longer.But what I've found after using it for several weeks is that I have to make a choice. I can use a little less and my hair doesn't get crunchy and it washes out easily, but the hold is not enough, and I have all these little stray hairs sticking up. Or I can use a little more, get adequate hold, but then my hair feels hard to the touch and it takes two shampooing to get it all out the next morning.I'll live with it for this batch, but I'll continue my quest for an American Crew replacement after that.
