First off, these aren't really potato chips per se, but rather a potato crisp made from potato flour, potato starch, white rice and a few other ingredients. They tasted to be more baked than fried like a standard potato chip. I tried the sea salt flavor, and found them to have a pleasant taste. They claim to contain a probiotic and an ingredient to support immune health but I can't substantiate that eating potato crisps is going to be "good for you" as stated on the packaging. Not sure at almost $2 per bag that I would purchase these again.

I try to stay away from potato chips not because I don’t like them, but because they’re not good for me so these give me that little boost when I feel like I have to have some chips

For anyone watching the intake of salt and not wanting a greasy food, these are the best alternative to a potato chip I have found. They have a good amount of protein as well.

If you’re looking for a low-calorie, crispy potato chip with flavor, this probably is not it. I was hoping to replace the “Snack Owl” brand chips, which apparently are no longer available. Not. But if you’re so inclined, based on the product description and some of the favorable reviews, give them a try. Who knows, you might like them.. I don’t.
